Hi guys I am an English guy living in Osnabruck, not far from the boarder. I used to sish alot around Almelo with dutch friends, wicked days!!I have acess to some waters where you could get a day ticket or a week ticket, all are hard wters to fish but have some stunning fish to 40lbs in them.Germany is not as dark as it is made out to be, and if carpers hold together and fish the right waters then we will all be OK.If anyone has interest please Pm me , or respond to this.

Speaking english ain't the problem mate, but i'm not even close to the border. Maybe you could tell some more about fishing carp in Germany and show some footage, get us out of the dark hahahahahaha. |

I am looking to re-establish contact with Dutch carpers, I have allways found the Dutch to be a great Nation. Good guys, and lovers of fishing. Carp is my thing, and I was hoping there may be some guys on here from near the boarder, Almelo way maybe ? I was hoping they may be able to point me in the right directionj for some fish? Sorry mate i live up the other side of the country..otherwise i would join you a season.
Maybe next season when i get my car back again. But there must be some anglers from that side of the country on this forum.

I live in Almelo! I'd love to go and fish in Germany for some time. Maybe you could get me some info, pictures or something else about a lake or water near you.
